Quality Program


BSPM's quality policy seeks continuous improvement through teamwork and application of modern technology to increase customer satisfaction.

BSPM's quality assurance program has evolved through an ongoing series of upgrades and improvements based on tightly knit teamwork and use of continually updated technology. This is our guarantee of enhanced customer satisfaction. Pipe manufacturing involves numerous interrelated and interacting processes which are systematically evaluated and managed at BSPM by applying a "Plan, Do, Check, Act" methodology. Customers play a key role in defining requirements and providing feedback.

The acceptance status of each pipe is maintained in the computer tracking system. Pertinent in-process quality data is also recorded in the system, and is available to out QA personnel for evaluation.
